  1. Hi Olga,
I bought this kit a few months back, but every time I use it, my skin burns like hell on applying the neutralizer. Is it supposed to burn that much?

    • Hi Hina- my apologies for the delayed response. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, it can be anywhere from slight stinging to a burning sensation. Because you are doing this at home without any supervision, you should do a small patch on the side of your face and even if you feel burning and have redness but after 30 minutes your skin is fine and glowing you should continue to use it. As with most products just use common sense and you know what feels good to you or not. The burning sensation you are feeling is a chemical reaction between lactic acid and baking soda along with green tea. At Kinara we call this “steam cleaning your pores.” Another way to look at is to say that you are exfoliating the dead layer of skin and that happens at the precise moment when you apply the neutralizer on top of the peel. The question is, how does your skin really look after the treatment is done. If it looks great and its hydrated and glowing some burning sensation would definitely be worth it :) -Olga
