Gift certificates & Gift Packages

Gift Certificates are available and are presented in our signature Kinara packaging. Certificates can be made out for any dollar amount or for specific treatments and packages and are redeemable at the Spa or Kinara Cadeaux. They can also be gift wrapped and included in a customized gift basket. Please call and our retail staff can help create a gift basket to fit your price range, choosing from the range of products in the Cadeaux. To place your order for gift cards, you may order online  or contact us by phone at 800.370.8268 or 310.657.9188. Kinara Gift Certificates may not be redeemed towards Medi-Spa services.

*Kinara Gift Cards are treated like cash. They will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without your permission.

When to arrive

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete our questionnaire for our new clients. Please note latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.

Kinara Cadeaux

The Kinara Cadeaux retail boutique is another unique aspect to the spa. We carry a constantly changing array of the latest fashion items in a diverse range of luxury lounge and sleepwear, spa wear, bath and body products, books, designer jewelry and uncommon gifts. With certain items, Kinara Cadeaux will be the only boutique to offer them in the entire country.

Shipping Policy

Kinara ships all orders via Fed Ex Ground. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for receipt. All orders require an adult signature.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. All returns must be received within 30 days in order to receive a full refund. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Kinara or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. To request a return authorization, please email: returns@kinaraspa.com with your name, order number, name of the product, and reason for your return. Upon review our customer service desk will respond with your authorization. Thank you.
